New Exercise Routine

Ever since going to college, I’ve struggled to stay in shape, work out, and stay healthy. I’m not the biggest fan of going to the gym, especially by myself, and I’m not near my karate dojo anymore (shout out to my DPMA family! I can get you more info if anyone’s interested), so I don’t have my weekly classes to look forward to. I could find a dojo here, but that’s a long story involving no money. At Disney I was running around the Magic Kingdom so that helped a bit. I had also been doing the 30 day guns, buns, and ab challenge by @naomiparfait that I had found on Pinterest. I forget why I stopped keeping up with it, but it might have been because of the holidays or I was moving to a new apartment.

Now, today was my first day off since starting my new job (STARBUCKS!) and I was bored. I was bored sitting on my computer and was thinking how I should really start working out again. So I went back to my Pinterest Workout Board to see if I had pinned any other exercises that I could do daily that would help me get back into shape. I found that I had pinned an Early Morning Cardio/Strength Work Out originally from Back on Pointe. So I decided to create my own new exercise routine. I used most of the items from Back on Pointe, but changed some of the amounts or exercises around to suit me better AND I plan to increase it every week in order to challenge myself and improve. So now, without further ado, here is my “Wake Up and Do It” cardio and strength work out:
